BLVKSITE

BLVKSITE are Justin and Drew, twin brothers who grew up in DC.

Justin is an Ableton ninja, but uses several daws to keep up with his gear. A mixing and mastering engineer who has had top 100 beatport songs in multiple charts. He also produces music under several names (Blvksite, Standing On Stardust, etc). He works with Mix Major Electronic Music School. Where he is teaching kids how to use Ableton Live. He also consults with professionals and companies in the music industry helping them gain insight on how producers use the tools they create. Currently the vibe du jour is dark four on the floor techno with experimental percussion.

Drew grew up in the DMV going to every show in Washington D.C. Drew started in the DC scene. Drew never missed a Moombahton Massive in DC while they were monthly at U St Music Hall. Under the name Yung Lotion he has held residencies and played at many clubs you have heard of and some that don’t exist anymore. Drew takes on most of the live performance duties for (Blvksite, Standing On Stardust, etc). Drew doesn’t care what the room is, he will play anything and everything until the party is going off. He produces music for several projects including Blvksite.
